White meat barbecued chicken-2 chicken breasts marinated and grilled with low sugar barbecue sauce
Pork Stir fry over brown rice-Strips of pork,mushrooms,green onion,ginger, and garlic stir fried and served over brown rice.
Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup- white meat chicken, celery, carrots, onion, and brown rice in a low sodium broth. Served with homemade bread.
Steak- Lean beef seasoned and grilled.
Terriyaki beef and broccoli-Strips of beef ,broccoli, onion,and garlic stir fried in a low sodium terriyaki sauce.

Cantelope, Honeydew, and blueberry salad
Cooked Beets
Steamed Squash
Strawberries with grapes salad
Sweet potato fries
Steamed cauliflower
Glazed carrots
Cold cucumber and carrot salad

Pumpkin Pecan Pie (My mom's recipe, only sugar free)
