(Marinated in rosemary, parsley, and thyme. Grilled Serves 4)
Fresh Strawberry Spinach Salad
(Fresh Spinach, sliced strawberries, feta cheese, Splenda and cinnamon encrusted pecans.)

(Fresh peaches and raspberries with a cinnamon topping)

Beef and Vegetable Stew
(Lean beef chunks, carrots, onions, mushrooms, celery, potato's,and brown rice in a beef broth.)
Served with homemade wheat bread.
Carrot Raisin Salad
(Carrots thinly sliced with plump raisins with a tangy sweet dressing over it)
Black Forest Trifle
(Chocolate Cake pieces, Chocolate pudding, and cherries with whipped topping on top)

(Cod Fillets topped with salt, pepper, fresh dill, and lemon juice) serves 4
Cauliflower "Mashed Potatoes"
(Mashed cauliflower with garlic, green onion, butter, and salt and pepper)
Apple pecan salad
(Crisp apples tossed with pecans and grapes)
Peanut Butter Pie
(Creamy peanut butter filling on top of a graham cracker crust. Served with Whipped topping)

Beef and Vegetable Kabobs
(Beef cubes, zuchini, onion, green bell pepper seasoned with a tangy sauce and grilled)
Red potatoes with herbs
(chunk cut red potatoes seasoned with dill and parsley, and roasted.
Orange Sweet Rolls

I will have the menu's posted by Wednesday of every week. If you could let me know every Wednesday what you would like that would be great.I have put in a serving for 4 so you can have leftover's for the rest of the week.This way you should only have to cook one day a week.
For 3 meals a week plus 1 dessert I have to charge $100 to cover my costs.Unfortunately food has gone up in price. Also, when I made dinner's for other people, I was only making the main dish so it is a little bit more for the whole meal. Let me know if this price is okay.
