Foods can be ordered in smaller quantities for smaller events.
Prices below are based on a 250 person head count. Any number over 250 people add $1.50 to the price per person.

*We have a food handler's license.

Finger Foods/Appetizers


*Cheese stuffed Mushroom Caps $1.45 per person


*Bacon Wrapped Mini Sausages $.95 per person


*Sweet and Sour Meatballs $.88 per person


*Fruit Kabobs served with a sweet cream cheese fruit dip $1.20 per person (Seasonal)


* Corn, cheese, and black bean quesadillas served with Jalapeno dipping sauce

* Pork Baby Back Ribs( Boiled in seasonings and grilled until crispy. Basted with a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce. Cut into single servings.) $2.50 per person


*Spinach dip in a bread bowl (Freshly made spinach dip served with fresh bread pieces for dipping.) $.75 per person


*Cheese and Cracker spread (Large blocks of Cheddar and mozzarella cheese used for guests to cut and 3 types of crackers.)

2. Italian Green Salad (Romaine Lettuce, Salami,Tomato, Black Olives, Sliced Peppercini's, Sliced Red Onion, Parmesan Cheese, and Italian Dressing served on the side)

3.Strawberry Spinach Salad (Baby Spinach, Sliced Strawberries, Feta Cheese, Thinly Sliced Red onion, Cinnamon sugar covered Pecans with Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing served on the side) $1.64 per person


4.Traditional Garden Salad (Mixed greens ,tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and sliced mushrooms. Ranch dressing served on the side). $1.20 per person


5.Apple, Walnut, Grape Salad (Apples cut into chunks, paired with grapes, walnuts, and celery and tossed in a sweet fruit dip dressing.) $1.43 per person


6. Spinach, Bacon, Mandarin Salad (Baby Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Thinly sliced red onion, Mozzarella Cheese, Bacon, Mandarin oranges, served with a poppy seed dressing on the side.) $ 1.54 per person


7.Chicken Salad Sandwiches (Shredded chicken mixed with celery, red grapes, and a sweet sauce, served on  buttery croissant rolls.) $1.25 per person

(chunk cut potatoes in a creamy broth with chopped green onion, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese) $4.00 per person

2.Cheddar Broccoli soup
(Large chunks of broccoli in a creamy cheddar broth .) $3.20 per person

3.Chicken noodle soup
(Large noodles, shredded chicken, carrots, onion, and celery slow cooked in a delicious chicken broth.)

4. Tomato Basil Bisque
(Smooth and Creamy Tomato style soup.)$ 4.00 per person


Italian Style Dishes

1. Tortellini Marinara (Cheese filled tortellini pasta paired with a meatless marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.) $4.50 per person

2. Penne or Fettuccine Alfredo ( Penne or Fettuccine pasta paired with a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce.)

(I am able to do both of these dishes for sit down dinner events. Pair it with a side salad of your choice, garlic bread sticks at every table for $10.50 per person)
